Implementation of 2024 Local Government NJC pay award

Following the announcement that the Local Government Services National Joint Council (NJC) 2024/25 pay award has been agreed and back dated to 1 April 2024, any members who have left or retired since 1 April 2024 will need their benefits recalculated using the revised pensionable pay. i-Connect task: Final Pay Submission

Functionality has been introduced within i-Connect to enable the submission of final pay using the dashboard. When an employee leaves the LGPS; the Fund requires a calculation of their final pay under the 2008 scheme definition where they were a member of the LGPS prior to 1st April 2014. Tasks will now be created upon submission of a leave date in i-Connect for posts that meet certain criteria.
